Valencia is a planned community located in Los Angeles County, California in the northwestern corner of the Santa Clarita Valley, adjacent to Interstate 5. Valencia's residential areas are separated into villages. Almost all of Valencia's villages are close to schools, shopping, etc. In many of the villages, homeowner's associations oversee the quality and upkeep of housing developments ranging in size from a few dozen homes to over a thousand.

The Country Gate community is in the Northbridge Village, in the heart of Valencia. It consists of clusters of 323 detached single-family homes in Valencia, CA (within the Santa Clarita Valley.)

There are several 1-story and 2-story, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom models of homes within the community, ranging from 982 to 2448 square feet of living space.

Each home has a front and backyard and attached garages. The community also has a pool, spa, tennis courts and access to nature walking trails and local parks.
